You will follow safety rules, work with team members, perform setup tasks, read gauges, and maintain accurate production records while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Team-based work environment experience preferred.
• Able to read micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• Demonstrates safety, quality, and attendance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply micrometers, calipers, gauges and tape measures.
• Operate the mill and controls to produce tube per specs.
• Perform mill setups, roll changes and impedance setup.
• Maintain daily production sheets and adhere to quality rules.
• Support changeovers and communicate safety or quality issues.
