Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales coordination, order processing, or documentation roles (steel, metals, trading, logistics preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing commercial and shipping documents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders from inquiry through delivery, including entry, confirmation, and status updates.
• Prepare, review, and manage commercial and shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates, etc.).
• Liaise with customers, mills/suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers for timely documentation and deliveries.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain organized records of sales transactions, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Support the sales team with pricing updates, inventory checks, and customer follow-ups.
• Resolve documentation or logistics issues to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance.
