Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze steel production thoroughly, timely and accurately.
• Ensure product quality and proper, efficient work methods.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Train, evaluate and discipline employees as needed.
• Maintain quality records and collaborate with other departments.
• Visit customers to resolve claims or develop new products.
• Support procurement with quality follow-up with vendors.
• Lead direct reports and promote development.
