Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a project or construction manager, preferably in steel.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license; able to pass background and drug screening.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring profitability and schedule adherence.
• Oversee material take-offs, detailing, and erection labor.
• Coordinate with detailing subcontractors to ensure accurate drawings.
• Review bid drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Develop project strategy to ensure gross margin success.
• Coordinate schedules with customers, subcontractors, detailing, purchasing, fabrication, and erection teams.
• Create and track change orders.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage long-lead schedules.
• Enforce safety guidelines across shop and field teams.
• Lead by example and be accountable for all aspects of the job.
