Job summary

All Things Metal Industries in Phoenix is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead steel projects from award to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and execute work, manage budgets and schedules, oversee drawings and safety, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure profitability and high quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project or construction management experience, preferably in steel, fluent English, and a willingness to lead by example in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a project or construction manager, preferably in steel.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract documents.
• English proficiency required.
• Arizona driver’s license required and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring profitability and schedule adherence.
• Oversee material take-offs, detailing and erection labor, buyouts, freight, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate with detailing subcontractors to ensure accurate drawings and submittals.
• Review bid drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Develop project strategy to ensure gross margin success.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage long-lead schedules.
• Enforce safety guidelines across shop and field teams.
• Lead with accountability and promote teamwork.
