Qualifications

• 1 year total experience with construction management experience.
• One or more years of experience in the steel joist and deck industry.
• Project coordination or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Apply business acumen to decisions benefiting VIN and customers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.
• Identify potential problems or delays and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain professional, informative, and responsive communications with customers.
• Collaborate with Project Management to balance production schedules.
