Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Equipment Operator in Surprise, AZ. This hourly, non-exempt role moves steel, reads work orders, and ensures loads are secured for safe transport.

Overtime may be required to meet customer needs, and the position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Ideal candidates will operate a forklift, cranes, and related equipment safely, while maintaining productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work orders to determine material requirements.
• Maintain productivity levels per company standards.
• Work independently or in teams and communicate across departments.
• Understand product and inventory control basics.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe methods of work at all times and report hazards.
• Move steel using forklift, manual handling, or cranes as directed.
• Load, unload, and secure materials; attach slings and clamps.
• Configure loads for planned routes and multiple stops.
• Maintain equipment and report safety issues promptly.
• Work indoors/outdoors in varying weather; comply with PPE.
• Attend required meetings and perform other duties.
