You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment including press brakes and plate burning machines to produce steel products to exact size and tolerance. This full-time role offers a Friday–Sunday schedule with overtime opportunities, weekend premium pay, and eligibility for a monthly profit incentive along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating manufacturing or metal processing equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and use measuring tools.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery including press brakes and plasma cutting.
• Read, understand, and follow work orders to ensure correct size and tolerance.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to meet quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for efficiency and accuracy.
• Use overhead cranes to move and position steel materials as needed.
