CB&I is seeking a qualified candidate to set up and operate roll forming and rolling equipment in Houston. The position involves bending and shaping metal plates into various forms while adhering to safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have 2–5+ years of experience in steel fabrication, proficiency in operating fabrication machinery, and the ability to read blueprints. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Sets up and operates roll forming and rolling equipment to bend and shape metal plates into arcs, cylinders, cones, and custom profiles according to specifications. Adjust machine settings, roll positions, and feed speeds to control curvature and ensure product accuracy, using blueprints, templates, and measurement tools. Operates associated secondary equipment and supports production by assembling components and performing fabrication tasks while following safety and quality standards.
Standard work schedule: 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday), 10 hours a day. Mandatory overtime on weekends based on production needs.
