Qualifikationen

• Requires 5+ years in QA/QC, safety, and management in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures in manufacturing.
• Experience leading audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Develop policies and procedures for quality and safety programs.
• Supervise the implementation of quality and safety control procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and internal requirements.
• Train staff on DOT, safety, and quality issues and maintain the training matrix.
• Investigate quality problems and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and audits.
