Monarch Steel Company, Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee all plant operations, including production and maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires strong leadership and coordination across departments.

The ideal candidate will drive productivity, manage shift schedules, and uphold company policies while fostering a 1 TEAM culture and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience in a processing or manufacturing environment is preferred

Responsabilités

• Embraces the 1 TEAM culture.
• Wear all proper protective equipment as required; follow Safety Policy and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a safe and healthful work environment with safe work habits and housekeeping.
• Coordinate operations across purchasing, quality, production, and shipping.
• Create and manage production/work orders and schedules daily.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects or malfunctions; monitor gauges and indicators.
• Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies.
• Supervise Team Leads and Teammates in Plant Operations.
• Develop and train supervisory personnel; lead continuous improvement efforts.
