Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Painter/Load to work on-site painting and preparing structural steel and assisting with loading and unloading steel from trucks.

You will contribute to a variety of projects in our fabrication shop, ensuring safe, efficient production and timely delivery. The role requires overhead crane experience, ability to stand for long periods, and a flexible schedule including overtime and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with overhead cranes.
• Experience painting and using paint sprayers to apply paint is a plus.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to tolerate hot and cold working environment.
• Must be able to stand on feet for up to 10 hours.
• Must be organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible to work any schedule including overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prep and paint structural steel.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Perform rigging work to move materials as requires.
• Load and unload steel from trucks.
• Perform other duties as required to support the fabrication shop.
