Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Painter/Load to join our on-site fabrication team. You will prep and paint structural steel, load and unload steel from trucks, and assist with rigging and material movement as required. The role requires flexibility for overtime and Saturdays in a fast-paced shop environment.

Experience with overhead cranes and painting using sprayers is preferred; basic math and a robust safety mindset are essential for daily operations at our York County facility.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with overhead cranes.
• Experience painting and using paint sprayers to apply paint is a plus.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by functioning and communicating in an effective manner with co-workers, clients, and supervisors.
• Works in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Must be flexible to work any schedule including overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to tolerate hot and cold working environment.
• Must be able to stand on feet for up to 10 hours.
• Must be organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
