Minerals Technologies is hiring a Steel Mill Laborer for our Mansfield, OH facility. The role involves applying materials, operating and maintaining equipment, and working to meet customer expectations. The position is swing shifts and safety sensitive with pre-employment drug screening.

Education is a High School Diploma or equivalent, with English reading and speaking required. Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic experience is preferred, and valid driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; English reading and speaking required.
• Steel-making or related experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply material and use all relevant equipment as required.
• Follow SOPs regarding equipment and product applications.
• Operate equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain all equipment in working order and clean appearance.
• Maintain a strong focus on satisfying the customer.
• Maintain a positive profile with the customer.
• Participate in OE/Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, TPM, Daily Management, Standard Work, Problem Solving).
