Job summary

Kinedyne is seeking a Government Assembly Operator in Prattville, Alabama. You will assemble products per work instructions, verify conformance, and package finished goods while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include reading orders, assembling components, performing First Article Inspections, and reporting nonconformities. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with on-site production duties.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Comply with all applicable safety procedures, work instructions, and production guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training or cross-functional activities as assigned.
• Identify and report nonconforming products or suspect material to Quality or Production Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision within the scope of training and capability.
• Has the authority to stop their portion of work if a safety, quality or compliance issue is identified.

The Government Assembly Operator assembles products in accordance with work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. This role performs assembly operations, verifies product conformance, packages finished goods, and maintains a safe, organized work environment while meeting safety, quality, and production objectives.
