Job summary

Kinedyne is seeking an assembler to read work orders, interpret drawings, and assemble components according to specifications. You will perform First Article Inspections and ensure packages meet customer requirements in a clean, safe environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety guidelines, continuous improvement, and teamwork across departments. 0–1 year of related experience is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Assemble components and finished products in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

• Properly package completed assemblies in accordance with customer or contractual requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Comply with all applicable safety procedures, work instructions, and production guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training or cross-functional activities as assigned.
• Identify and report nonconforming products or suspect material to Quality or Production Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision within the scope of training and capability.
• Has the authority to stop their portion of work if a safety, quality or compliance issue is identified.
