Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Mulberry, FL is seeking a Production Worker for our steel galvanizing facility. You will handle and process steel components through the galvanizing line, require physical stamina, and work 12-hour shifts on a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays.

This full-time, permanent role involves lifting heavy parts (up to 100 lbs), operating overhead cranes, inspecting for quality, and maintaining safety protocols with PPE.

Qualifications

• High physical stamina in a hot industrial environment.
• Previous manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Crane operation experience is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lifting and handling steel components.
• Operate overhead cranes/hoists for positioning.
• Assist in galvanizing: cleaning, dipping, drying.
• Inspect parts for defects against standards.
• Maintain strict PPE usage and safety practices.
• Perform heavy physical tasks and stay on feet.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth production flow.
• Work 12-hour shifts with weekends as needed.
