Candidates should have high physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a loud, industrial environment. Shift is 5 AM to 5 PM on a rotating schedule, with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have the stamina to perform physically demanding work in an industrial setting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Reliability and punctuality are required for shift work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA-style training is advantageous.
• Overhead crane/hoist experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, and position steel components for galvanizing.
• Operate overhead cranes/hoists to handle parts during processing.
• Assist in galvanizing steps including cleaning, dipping, and drying of parts.
• Inspect components for defects to meet production standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and standing long hours.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to maintain production flow.
• Work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
