Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in steel framing or construction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install structural steel framing, including beams, columns, and supports.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Align, level, and secure steel components using bolts, welds, or other fasteners.
• Assist with rigging and guiding steel components into place during lifting operations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform measurements and ensure accuracy of installations.
• Conduct inspections of installed components for quality and safety.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations on job sites.
• Assist with general construction tasks as needed.
