NCW is seeking a Steel Foreman to lead on-site crews for commercial and industrial construction. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, productivity, and quality, while coordinating with field supervision.

You will mentor crew members, read blueprints and PEMB plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has ironworker/millwright experience and strong leadership, with responsibility for weekly look-ahead scheduling and subcontractor management.

Formación

• Experience leading on construction sites or in similar supervisory roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and PEMB/shop drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
• Experience mentoring and developing field personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage field personnel productivity and project completion.
• Oversee safety, quality, and schedule for the crew and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with field superintendent and manage progress reporting.
• Operate or supervise operation of equipment such as aerial lifts, forklifts, and skid-steers.
• Prepare and communicate weekly look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
