ClarkDietrich, a leading manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing and interior and exterior finishing products in North America, seeks a Manufacturing Team Member to safely set up, operate and adjust metal forming equipment. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety compliance, and quality workmanship in a busy production setting.

Responsibilities include set up and operation of equipment, changeovers, quality checks, and assisting in training coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and adjusts metal forming equipment using appropriate tooling and procedures.
• Keeps mill operating according to procedures and in good condition.
• Operates cutback saw safely and to spec.
• Maintains a clean mill and surrounding area.
• Performs changeovers using the proper tooling.
• Changes punches and shear dies.
• Performs to machine goals and targets.
• Assists training coworkers and works well in a team.
