Job summary

Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC is seeking a Shop Laborer to assist with fabrication and material handling for water storage tank projects. You will operate shop equipment, move materials with an overhead crane, and keep a clean, safe workspace. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to kneel, stoop, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.
• Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload steel plates, pipes, rods using an overhead bridge crane.
• Operate and maintain a shot blasting machine.
• Rig materials using proper techniques for safe movement.
• Perform machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Use basic math to measure and calculate dimensions.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
