Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Structural Steel Ironworker Foreman to lead on-site teams, plan manpower and equipment, and enforce rigorous safety practices. You will coordinate production, read blueprints, and ensure work meets the project schedule and budget.
Responsibilities include conducting weekly safety meetings, resolving on-site issues, and communicating with project meetings to keep work flowing smoothly. Strong knowledge of rigging, signaling, and AISC standards is expected.
