Job summary

Puri-T Welding is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project finances, scheduling, and safety culture on assigned jobs. You will collaborate with the safety director, maintain detailed project schedules with field foremen, and assist management with performance reviews and client relationships.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field (or equivalent), five years of PM experience, proficiency with spreadsheets and PM software, and a WA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field; five years PM experience preferred.
• Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software.
• WA state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening prior to employment and ongoing.
• Heavy Equipment certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances including cost control, productivity tracking, monthly forecasting and billings.
• Collaborate with safety director to develop and implement a project-specific safety culture and plan.
• Create and maintain overall project schedule in conjunction with field foremen.
• Assist management with performance reviews and ownership relationships with clients.
• Identify and manage project risks and ensure compliance with general contract requirements.
• Lead project teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes and take accountability for successes or failures.
