Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering; MS a plus.
• 0–2 years of steel/structural design experience.
• Experience or interest in Tekla and RAM Steel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• EIT certification is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-world steel connection design projects.
• Collaborate with experienced pros and gain exposure to Tekla and RAM Steel modeling.
• Be part of an in-office team with mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Travel 4–6 weeks every few months to keep things dynamic.
