Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Steamer Line Cook to deliver signature dumplings steamed to order with consistency and quality. You will open and close the steamer station, restock, and help prepare dumplings for service in a fast-paced show kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Open Availability required.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized.
• Organizes items within walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Lifts/moves boxes and tables up to 50 pounds.
• Assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen.
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information including SOPs.
