Responsibilities

• Academic Support: Support Tier 1 learning experiences that prepares students for access and success in advanced STEM coursework.
• Professional Learning: Develop, monitor, and implement a Professional Learning Plan to ensure whole school implementation of instructional practices reflective of the STE(A)M approach.
• Instructional Coaching: Serve as subject matter expert, consultant, and instructional coach to teachers to integrate STE(A)M practices.
• Instructional Resources: Ensure all teachers have access to resources to support STE(A)M practices.
• Partnerships & Community Engagement: Promote STE(A)M awareness through partnerships with families and community.
• STEM Enrichment: Provide exposure to STEM fields/careers via enrichment opportunities.
• Professional Growth & Reflection: Participate in STEM Specialist PLCs and PL to refine capacity and sustain collaboration.
