Job summary

One City Schools, Inc. is seeking a passionate STEAM Teacher for our elementary and middle school students. The role centers on delivering a robust STEAM program, blending science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics with engaging, hands‑on activities.

The ideal candidate will hold a Wisconsin DPI elementary/middle school license with a STEM emphasis and a commitment to project‑based learning, student collaboration, and inclusive classrooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license in Elementary Education or Middle Childhood‑Early Adolescence with a STEM emphasis.
• Experience with project‑based learning and integrating technology into the classroom is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Implementation: Develop and implement a STEAM curriculum aligned to Wisconsin DPI standards and integrate technology, arts, and hands‑on learning.
• Instruction: Deliver high‑quality, engaging instruction to elementary and middle school students using diverse strategies.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessments, use data to inform instruction, and maintain records of student progress.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing development and collaborate with colleagues to share resources.
• Community and Family Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents and guardians and participate in school events.
