Rocketship Public Schools is seeking STEAM teachers who blend arts education with interdisciplinary learning and a hands-on, project-based approach. You will support small-group instruction across content areas to ensure all students succeed and collaborate with staff to integrate STEAM activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid teaching credential or enrollment in credentialing program during first year at Rocketship.
• Urban education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a classroom culture of excellence and deliver rigorous instruction.
• Utilize provided curriculum to implement classroom instruction.
• Submit lesson plans for feedback and partner with your coach to personalize instruction to student needs.
• Engage in cycles of data review to inform planning.
• Collaborate with special education staff so students identified as needing extra support are meaningfully included.
• Support the whole child through intentional SEL lessons and partnership with Rocketship's Wellness team.
