Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs and operates mechanical equipment for steam generation and cooling systems.
• Installs and maintains heating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance and safety inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Reads blueprints, schematics and specifications; estimates time and material requirements.
• Communicates effectively with hospital staff regarding work orders and repairs.
