Job summary

ENCHANTED EDUCATION LLC seeks a Creative Learning Instructor to deliver engaging STEAM lessons to TK-12 students on school campuses and online. You will design and implement hands-on activities, differentiate for diverse learners, and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.

You will participate in professional development, manage supplies, and collaborate with staff to meet program objectives, including after-school and occasional weekend sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience working with children.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak and write standard English; Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and model STEAM concepts with clarity for groups of twenty or more students.
• Deliver well-organized, engaging lessons aligned to objectives and plans.
• Differentiate lessons to meet diverse developmental levels.
• Set up and operate instructional technology to support delivery.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and foster student engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and site leadership to meet program goals.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
