The STEAM Enrichment Specialist works in a dynamic school-based environment, engaging with students in both classroom and recreational settings. The role requires standing, walking, and actively participating in hands‑on STEAM activities for extended periods. Specialists may need to lift and carry program materials, set up and break down activity spaces, and adapt to indoor and outdoor environments based on program needs. The STEAM Enrichment Specialist position offers a compensation range of $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. This rate is based on salary benchmarking for similar roles and is aligned with grant fund approvals and requirements for the position.
