Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking part-time STEAM and ARTS teachers to lead hands-on after-school sessions in Winder, GA. Classes run 9:00–11:00 AM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, for grades K-5, with curriculum and materials provided. You bring energy, reliability, and a passion for helping children learn.

The program offers a prepared curriculum, support from a Program Success Manager, and opportunities to teach across multiple nearby sites. Previous teaching or youth-work experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• AA degree or higher.
• 2+ years teaching, instructing or coaching (preferred).
• Educational, training or youth-development experience.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, and able to commit to every scheduled date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the class with energy and keep every student engaged.
• Arrive early to set up, and hand students off safely at dismissal.
• Manage the room so it stays safe and fun.
• Stay in touch with your Program Success Manager.
