Qualifications

• AA Degree (or higher).
• 2+ years teaching/instructing (preferred).
• Experience working with children.
• Educational (development or training) experience.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, in‑person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction.
• Follow provided schedule, review lesson plans and materials, and maintain site compliance.
• Engage professionally with Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Deliver inspiring instruction from the program collection and adapt as needed.
• Engage families and support student access and engagement.
