Job summary

The Grill Cook at Fortune Bay Resort Casino is responsible for the preparation, production, or displaying of all foods in the assigned area during a scheduled shift, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Fortune Bay standards.

The position offers a $500.00 sign on bonus paid after completing three full months, with terms and conditions as required by the Company. It is a fast-paced environment requiring teamwork, reliability, and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in the Grill preparation in accordance with established recipes.
• Work as a team member in producing a smooth and efficient operation.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.
• Store food in designated containers/storage areas to prevent spoilage with product name, date, and initials.
• Take and record the temperature of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers.
• Work assigned positions, which may include prep, production or display station.
• Follow all recipes and control procedures.
• Prepare or display food to company specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.
• Meets the company’s guest service standards.
• Demonstrates teamwork/gets along well with co-workers.
• Is reliable and dependable.
• Follows Company and departmental policies and procedures.
