Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide quality guest service.
- Maintain knowledge of Steakhouse service and current resort promotions.
- Inspect Steakhouse for cleanliness and order; address problems promptly.
- Manage guest tables, assist promptly and graciously.
- Collaborate with Steakhouse staff to maintain a clean, orderly dining experience with prompt plate/glass removal and replenishment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Meet the company’s guest service standards.
- Demonstrate teamwork and reliability.
- Follow company and departmental policies and procedures.
