Job summary

YMCA Easton, PA is seeking a Stay & Play Caregiver for our youth programs. This part-time, hourly role features morning and evening shifts Monday through Thursday, plus Saturday mornings, with a pay rate of $11 per hour. You’ll help create a fun, safe environment for kids and support families in our community.

• 18+ years of age.
• Experience and comfort working in child care (not necessarily professional).
• Willingness to live out the Y mission.
• Ability to perform life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED; training provided.

• Engage with children to maximize their experience.
• Vigilantly monitor children and surroundings.
• Prevent risk, bullying, and misbehavior.

What is needed for this job as our Stay & Play Caregiver:

• 18+ years of age
• Have experience and comfort working in child care - does not have to be professional
• Have a willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y
• Are able to perform life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
