Job summary

YMCA Easton, PA is seeking a Stay & Play Caregiver for our youth programs. This part-time, hourly role features morning and evening shifts Monday through Thursday, plus Saturday mornings, with a pay rate of $11 per hour. Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Experience and comfort working in child care (not necessarily professional).
• Willingness to live out the Y mission.
• Ability to perform life saving skills in First Aid/CPR/AED; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, safe, and clean environment for children to play and learn.
• Engage with children to maximize their experience.
• Vigilantly monitor children and surroundings.
• Prevent risk, bullying, and misbehavior.
