Job summary

Branch Financial, LLC is seeking an Insurance Financial Reporting Manager to own Branch’s statutory financial reporting, including quarterly and annual NAIC filings, RBC analysis, and NAIC RBC forecasting tools. You will lead the annual statement end to end with cross‑functional coordination and drive the statutory audit process, ensuring data reliability and regulatory alignment.

You'll collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Insurance teams, support data controls with the Data Office,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 8+ years in property & casualty insurance finance with statutory reporting.
• Experience leading or coordinating a statutory audit, including the PBC process.
• Strong knowledge of statutory financial reporting, controls, and insurance accounting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements, including quarterly and annual NAIC filings.
• Own the annual statement end to end, including the statement pages and Schedules B, D, F and P.
• Lead the annual statutory audit, including owning the PBC list and coordinating with other departments.
• Analyze month-over-month changes in financial outcomes and provide clear reporting to leadership.
• Develop an internal control testing framework to support future audit function growth.
• Collaborate with Insurance and Compliance teams on data or regulatory requests.
