Position: Statistical Software Programmer

Location: Boston, MA (Remote allowed)

Contract Period: 5 years

Rate: OPEN (C2C)

Requirement: US Citizens

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in statistics, data science, computer science, or informatics
• At least two years of statistical programming experience using R and R Shiny, including creating R packages
• Knowledge of Python and C++
• Over two years of experience with statistical analysis of large-scale research data and machine learning algorithms

Preferred Experience

• Experience with medical ontologies and organizing/mapping Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Experience with knowledge networks, complex data analysis, and visualization of EHR data
• Development of novel data models and phenotyping methods
• Participation in grant-funded scientific research projects, especially related to clinical research visualization
• Medical research tool development
