Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct genetic association analyses using GWAS, EXWAS, rare variant analyses, Mendelian randomization, and meta-analysis.
• Integrate genetic data with multi-omic datasets to support target discovery and validation.
• Develop data harmonization and normalization methods across in-house and public resources.
• Prioritize variants and genes using functional data and perform quality control on large datasets.
• Collaborate with Regeneron R&D teams to advance therapeutic programs.
