Job summary

Regeneron Genetics Center seeks a Senior Manager of Predictive Analytics to lead analyses of proteomic and genomic data, focusing on aging and age-related diseases. You will build scalable data pipelines, harmonize data across cohorts, and communicate findings to leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable projects, while advancing disease prediction methods and ensuring reproducibility and high data quality.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience analyzing large-scale genomics data (or a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience).
• Experience with data harmonization/normalization across cohorts and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute large-scale analyses of proteomic and genomic datasets focusing on aging and age-related diseases.
• Develop methods for data harmonization and normalization across cohorts for reproducibility.
• Evaluate statistical methods for disease risk prediction and develop new methods if needed.
• Translate disease prediction needs into concrete project proposals and budgets.
• Stay informed on market trends in disease prediction and genomics applications to refine research directions.
• Deliver clear presentations of genomics and proteomic findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for high-throughput genomic/proteomic workflows.
• Develop and integrate robust QC measures at multiple analysis stages to ensure data accuracy.
