Qualifications

• PhD with omics data analysis experience or related field.
• Experience analyzing large-scale genetic and phenotypic data.
• Strong programming and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GWAS/EXWAS and other genetic association analyses on large datasets.
• Integrate genetic data with multi-omic datasets for target discovery and validation.
• Develop methods for data harmonization and normalization across datasets.
• Apply functional genomic data to prioritize variants and genes of interest.
• Perform quality control on large-scale genetic and phenotypic data.
• Identify and test data-driven hypotheses in analytic and translational genetics work.
• Design and execute analytic studies from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with Regeneron R&D groups to advance therapeutic programs.
