Your contribution matters, and with us, you can make a meaningful impact.

The American Heart Association offers an excellent opportunity for a Statistical Analyst based out of our National Center. Remote work is acceptable.

We are seeking a data science analyst or biostatistician to utilize data science tools and methodologies to analyze real-world healthcare data for scientific research in precision medicine. You will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with scientists, volunteers, and program managers to solve medical research challenges using advanced tools and techniques.

Our organization provides resources to support work-life balance, including access to Heart U, our corporate university, and additional local training and support.

  • Experience preprocessing and modeling clinical data, especially from EHRs or registries.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Minimum 2 years analyzing real-world patient data in clinical or research settings.
  • Experience writing and executing Statistical Analysis Plans.
