DCAS, Facilities Management & Construction, is seeking a Stationary Engineer responsible for operating, maintaining, and overseeing high pressure boilers and related equipment across NYC public buildings and municipal facilities. Facilities Management & Construction (FMC) manages, operates, and maintains 56 City-owned buildings throughout the five boroughs, working to provide clean, safe, and energy efficient space for the tenants in these public buildings. FMC is dedicated to both the daily maintenance of the public buildings, managed by Building Services, Fire & Life Safety, and other critical field staff, as well as to long-term renovation and rehabilitation projects, which are managed by a dedicated staff of architects, engineers, and other professional technical experts. FMC also oversees the daily operations of all elevators across the DCAS public buildings portfolio.

A valid license for High Pressure Boiler Operating Engineer issued by the New York City Department of Buildings. This license must be maintained for the duration of employment.
