Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in boiler, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation system maintenance.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems with automatic controls.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers and heating systems.
• Repair HVAC systems including compressors and condensers.
• Perform electrical maintenance on systems up to 600 volts.
