Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor control systems, document events, and coach others while upholding CBRE RISE values to deliver reliable facility services to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assemble, install, maintain, and repair building systems.
• Conduct routine checks on safety devices and correct issues.
• Monitor meters, gauges, and computerized controls.
• Document maintenance events and equipment facts.
