In this critical role, you will oversee daily boiler plant operations, implementing and enforcing procedures that meet stringent safety standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturer specifications. You will monitor system performance, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and proactively address operational or safety concerns to maintain optimal reliability. Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, you will ensure full compliance with Massachusetts laws and industry standards while maintaining accurate operational records and logbooks.
