The Walbec Group is hiring a Stationary Aggregate Foreman to lead a dedicated crew across Franklin, Racine, and Milwaukee. The role focuses on safe, efficient production, scheduling, and daily operations while overseeing crushers, screens, loaders, and other mobile equipment.

Candidates should have mining operations experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work outdoors. Union affiliation is welcomed, with solid benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in mining operations, foreman or lead role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to join the union if not already a member.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
• Manage production, schedules, and daily operations.
• Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment.
• Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec.
