Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring a HRIS/Payroll Data Specialist to ensure accurate timekeeping data, onboarding processes, and employee data integrity across payroll systems. You will collaborate with recruitment, payroll, and HRIS teams to maintain data consistency and support 24/7 operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data accuracy, and the ability to lead a small team, with remote work being minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading a team of 3–5 members.
• Strong data integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit employee personal data in timekeeping system for accuracy.
• Shape employee experience through collaboration with stakeholders on attendance and performance.
• Manage performance evaluations for hourly associates through onboarding benchmarks and yearly thereafter.
• Audit data flow for onboarding, status changes and terminations; analyze variances.
• Coordinate with recruitment to ensure a consistent new-hire onboarding process.
• Manage system access, setup and reporting including new-hire training of system use.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Payroll and HRIS teams to update and maintain data consistency.
• Supervise the facility administration team to ensure accurate data input and timely pay.
• Lead employee accountability discussions for attendance performance.

Responsibilities

• Shaping employee experience through collaboration with stakeholders with respect to attendance and performance.
• Manage performance evaluations for hourly associates through new hire benchmarks and yearly thereafter.
• Manages the gateway matrix to insure data integrity and accuracy.
• Responsible for auditing data flow for processes related to the onboarding, change of status and terminations with the ability of analyzing data, identifying variances.
• In coordination with the recruitment team, ensure a consistent process flow of new hire onboarding.
• Manage system access, setup and reporting including new hire training of system use.
• Works with compensation, payroll and HRIS teams to update system and maintain consistency with employee data.
• Supervises work of the facility administration team ensuring accurate data input and timely pay.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or prior work experience that compliments this role
• Prior experience leading a team of 3-5 members
